analyze for speed won't open raf files.

I downloaded some replays and made raf files to view them in the analyze for speed. When I open the raf files, the analyze for speed doesn't open them with warning message "can't open blackwood GP track".
But I do have blackwood GP track files in the analyze for speed folder. What have I done wrong?

How do you guys use this program to its full potential? Is there any features like overlapping your lines with other people's?

Yes - Open the first raf file then click File-Add Replay this allows multiple replays to be shown at once

You can view the replays in 3D mode by pressing the "t" key. (This toggles between 2D & 3D)
