View Full Version : Button Mapping

I have a TSW Evolution Analog wheel with a bunch of buttons that I'd like to map to various funtions. As an example, in "Options - Controls", the "Alt-F4" button is described as "/exit" and pressing "Alt-F4" exits the game. Great - I can assign a wheel button to do that.

Is there a way to define one of the spare "Alt-F" or "Ctrl-F" keys to be "Shift-P" and then assign it to a button? I'd like to assign buttons to tire temps, race line, instant pit, etc. Unlike the Logitech wheels, I don't have a Profiler program to do what I want.

I know it's 100% possible but I can't remember how, sorry. It's kinda complicated but Google a program called Joy2Key (or variations) if you can figure it out I think it will do what you need it to.

JoyToKey did the trick. I can't figure out how to make "Shift-xx" or "Ctrl-xx" work, but I can map enough single keystrokes to do everything I need.
Thanks.
