problem with car setups and skins

When I download skins and setups, how do I put them on the game from a file??? plz help me!

OK locations...

.set (setup file)

<where you installed lfs>\data\settings\ <-- in here

.jpg (skin file)

<where you installed lfs>\data\skins\
<where you installed lfs>\data\skinsx\

Put one in both

And your done

And while putting on a skin, go to garage, select new color, and then in the colors tab at the bottom click on the skin name and then select the skin you wish to use. Setups will automatically show up with the rest of the lot :)

Skins should be saved with their car abbreviation in front.
I.E. XRT_mine.jpg
FZ5_sdfjk.jpg
F08_asdf.jpg
etc etc etc :)

And to further detail it, Skins_X is only for skins you wish to see other people use. Skins folder is for skins that you want to use.
Please make sure that the skin isn't private when you are using it.

I have that problem too. i have got skins of the gti and the turbo, but dont know how to access them. Can anybody share any light on me. Oh and i dont relly understand very complicated comp talk. Thanks twincam:thumb:
