get a 2 way cmx converter, build your own rims with a program of trust, replace the origs in the cmx, save, play...
easy as that

:really:
Actually, you can't edit them in LFS. You may convert one of the car mesh exports (cmx) files, found with the S2 Skin Viewer, to a format compliant to 3D modeling programs. There you can "edit" your rims, but having them INGAME while playing is not possible ATM.
It was possible in S1 with the old LFS Tweak, but that changed the memory while LFS was running, not any models (there aren't any models of the cars, they are encrypted in the LFS.exe (...or somewhere else?)).

wow .. all of you are wrong; except android has it right about only S1; back in the good old days, a good buddy andylec made a program called BeSpoke.. that allowed you to tweak the polys on the wheel, but you couldn't go online to any server with them, as it still treated them as a mod

Just out of curiosity, what exactly was wrong about my first paragraph? I thought all those 3D renders of the cars were based on the cmx files which would beconverted to 3ds(?). Then as soon as you have that in your 3D modelling program, you can do anything to it, also changing the rims.
