There is no real how to. You will probably need to learn a few things about electronics and programming if you want it functional, I am by far no expert but this is what I would guess a few of the needed skills are, also being able to design, buy and build it...

Well, in fact i have a MOMO racing wheel and i would like to create a custom dashboard to use with it.

I have a MOMO racing wheel too but i want to use the led of the wheel do the limiter and shifter, anyone know how?
