Yep, I have finals on monday, tuesday, and wednesday and no school after that. Now I'm hectic because I can't seem to find a way to get the area of a non-right triangle on a damned coordinate plane! :irked::hbomb:

I think people are taking a break from LFS as it's getting a little repetitive. It's not like they hate LFS and are never coming back, I'd imagine that with some extra content/features more people will rejoin :rolleyes:

I'm on a LFS sabbatical. I play lots then I stop for a while, generally when I find I'm racing out of habit, rather than for the fun of it. I generally alternate between my Live for Speed addiction and my World of Warcraft addiction. :)

The equation is the easy part, finding the height which has to be perpendicular to the base isn't. I figured it out anyways. Now onto Spanish...

It's not rare nowadays to see peoples finishing school/uni at the end of June. You just gotta be patient. My last exams are this week (Monday to Thursday) then I will have more time to put in LFS if my job isn't taking all of it. And as someone else said upper, anyone who got a life isn't going to play LFS all summer. :tilt:

I'm busy doing things OUTSIDE in the sun :P Kayaking, hiking, going out on the motorbike, etc... Although having said that I've not spent much time on LFS over last winter either. Just lots of other stuff going on right now that takes priority. :)

I keep trying to get a cheap DFP from eBay, but I've not got lucky so far.

So if anyone wants to send me a DFP or even better a G25, feel free and I'll start playing again :)

Been doing alot of league racing so haven't been on normal public servers much. Actually jumped on CTRA SS1 last night, which was my first pick up racing in probably a couple months and had a good time, I'll probably be getting back into the pick up racing over the summer.

Looking at the LFSW stats (http://www.lfsworld.net/?win=hosts&whichTab=licensed_history&t=30) it doesn't show any significant loss of racer numbers over the last month or even half a year. Then again, I didn't even partake in an online race in this year yet, so I can't really tell about the actual online situation :shrug:

I was on most nights for a fair period trying to gain my Platinum licence on the CTRA servers.

Since then (2 months?) I've scaled it back a bit, plus the summer is here as theres plenty more options of what to do of an evening rather than sit in front of the computer!

It's the odd raceday sometimes. Basically I'm just waiting something interesting to come, whether it is an interesting patch or new sim. The latter seems more likely.

My heart just misses a beat every time I put some of the LRF cars as preferred cars in the LFS hosts search and I end up with dozen drift/cruise servers and 0 racing servers...

My momo pedals failed once again 3 months ago, i heard that all i gota do is spray them with some contact spray but can't find the will and time to do it..
Watching this GT5 graphics and hearing the sounds in iRacing (if those are simulated sounds, if not, then meh) and things like that got me in some unoptimistic mood about LFS :( :shrug:

Yeah I know LFS is one of the best sims but I know its not about it being flashy...but it really needs to be updated in the graphics part..to me thats what im waiting for..I dont care about the physics part anymore...they need to bring lfs up to the DX9 mark..

Nah I think graphics is the absolute last thing that they should do for LFS. The way I see it, even if they do update the graphics now, 2 years from now they'll be outdated again anyway. Might as well get everything else working right, then update the graphics as the last thing before the final release of LFS.

Whenever I feel like messing about in a sim, it usually is rFactor that I start. Nothing new in LFS, no significant changes. Doesn't keep me interested.
