HELP NEEDED : SKIN: Could not connect to - XRT-(skin name)

Everytime i enter a new game and try to dowloand peoples skins i get this error SKIN: Could not connect to - XRT-(skin name) i have port forwaded and prt triggered to the 3 lfs ports. Please help.

P.S Current download settings Car Skins = 512
Helmet Skins = 256

yeh, he cant see my skin, and i cant figure it out, i have searched what i can. So anyhelp mucho appreciated!

problem fixed, it was caused by a faulty download:
fix= redownload LFS
