this is a oval high lane layout very hard to pass but i think it would have some good racing this is just a idea for a kyoto race added to the series.

That layout would not work for something like this because some of the people just don't have the experience (or patience).

in the last season of lfscar the organizers (Fishfix) made some difference between drivers. The STCC/CTRA license is a very good option to filter the racers who has no experience, patience and respect. If only silver or gold (or above of course) licensed drivers would allowed to participate in the series, the high lane layout would be a real challenge.
PS: At this time - if I remember well - 35 drivers signed up... we should find | grep good drivers.

I dont believe that having restrictions is viable for stormcup right now. Mainly because I'm worried about the field size. However, as stated, if one person is involved in too many incidents on track. That person will be asked to leave the series until they gain some experience in racing through CTRA License and personal oval practice. Then if that person wants to come back, that person will be reviewed by the admins.
