I don't think that data is outputted, and not entirely sure if the tyres physically wear (as in, it affects the rolling radius).

Is this for use while driving, or for examining in the RAF analyser only? The only way, in real life, to gause wear is to look at them - most racing tyres have little wear 'holes' in them, and when they are the same depth at the main tread, then you have run out of effective rubber.

for the people who have never seen such a tyre, it's like looking at it and not finding these 'holes' anymore should mean an worn-out tyre.
or else like the small bridge in normal street tyres that show you the minimum profile-depht ?

Yeah - race tyres with tread have the same bridge like road tyres.

it is for RAF analyser. it could be like watching your tires at the end of the session and measuring the tire radius, and that way you can know which percentage is worn.
