Starting/Stopping LFS Lapper via a website?

Hi. i am wondering if its possible to have some kind of script to be able to start or stop LFS Lapper via a website (even if this must be hosted on the same machine as the game server).

Any help would be much appreciated.

I actually don't know what "LFS Lapper" is, but if it doesn't need any user to control some UI first but can be started via commandline it should be possible with web languages (eg PHP, ASP?) to start executables.
