Depends which one... Logitech, yes. Any other - I wouldn't know.

There's at least one thread there already about PS2 / PC wheels but i don't know if it's relevant.

If it's a USB connection like the Driving Force Pro plug it straight in, if not you'll need an adapter, don't know if you can get them though.
