I was wondering how you set a website icon?

The very small one in the top left of the screen, before http:

Favicons are excellent when they're displayed but IE in particular often 'forgets' to display them.

I remember looking into this some years ago and found there were tools dedicated to helping browsers to remember to display them. Still very hit-and-miss though.
