I'm not the most tech person, but i think you'll find that's the speed between your PC and Router, not your internet speed. If you go into your router admin, you'll be able to see your internet connection speed....

I've been having some issues lately too. It alwasy seems to be at the same time after work:shrug:. 5:30 US Central time, then it just works fine after 5-10 mins.

The picture you've shown will not help solve your problem. Pantera is right, this is the speed between your computer and your router.
You have given no other information that would help resolving your issue. You can connect to the server apparently. How long before it disconnects? Immediately when you leave the pits? Or can you drive a few meters? Half a lap? 2 minutes? Anything?
You may have an unreliable connection to your service provider. Or there may be a problem with your computer. LFS is not likely to be the problem.
Try to systematically eliminate possible causes of unreliable connections. This can be difficult to do without knowledge of networking and network trouble-shooting.
But first, check your computer for malware. Eliminate all viruses and spywares, if you find any. Have your OS fully patched. Make sure you got the latest version of the DirectX runtime for your OS version. Install the latest drivers for graphics, audio, and network cards.
How is it now? Any better? No? Read on...
There are tools available to help you troubleshoot connection problems. 2 stock ones are ping and tracert. When I want to assert my connection with my service provider I use ping/tracert tracker tools, or just the simple command-line ping with the -t option. Run this for an hour, at least half an hour, then check the results. You should get 0% lost packets.
Doing just email or internet browsing, short network interruptions may not be noticed, but LFS requires your connection to be totally reliable.
Do you play any other online games? Are they working just fine?
I have an ADSL connection that sometimes gets unreliable when it rains or during electrical storms. In dry weather it is rock solid. Just illustrating there can be many possible sources of unreliable network connections.
Good luck

First, why that port in particular? Second, please refer to your routers manual on NAPT and Port forwarding, or see one of the MANY threads already covering servers not connecting, not be able to connect to.
Then, Do you need 15 connections? Could you get away with fewer?
If you can add the port forwarding to the router correctly and reduce the connections to say 5, give it another go and see if you still get the same issue.
