Ghost car wont work... Grrrrrr

Now ive downloaded Ghost Car and have intsalled it the way it sayd in the readme..... now when i go in the game it says something about something opening before something else and it wont work.... now i want this to work can anyone give me some help or some tips....:)

I'm having the same problem. It says hit the button when you're watching the race? Uh? How can I get back to desktop when I'm in a hotlap or something? A ghost car comes on automatically in Richard Burns Rally or Colin McRAE.

I think you're confusing the ghostcar mod and the ghostcar replay grabber thing.

The normal ghostcar (http://www.kegetys.net/lfs/) has /commands, like "/ghost on", specified in in "readme_s2ghost.txt", and is meant to record your own laps as you drive them, making a ghost from the fastest lap you've done while ghost is recording.

The ghostcar replay grabber (http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=5165) ("ghostpatch") is meant for recording a ghost from a replay, usage would be putting lfs in windowed mode (shift-f4), starting a replay of a lap you'd like to have the ghostcar do, and push the big button in the ghostpatch program.
