Oh no, be aware of the hardcore LFS elite-whiners soon!
:p

There are different programs out there that let you have some kind of NOS if you want to call it that, or speedhacks. Problem is that people abuses those, and if they get caught they get a lisence ban. So, everything releated to online use of speed hacks, programs is illegal, and will get you banned. On the other site, if you use LFSTune on a server, and the others have the same setups, then it`s allowed to use. But what you are looking for NOS mod, or whatever, it is out there, but illegal and I would advice you to forget about trying to find it :)

And, well I answered both points, but you can get banned from LFS aswell, if you get baned from many servers you first recive an email-warning about the high ban ratio, and if it continue you eventually will get a ban.

Can`t help you about that sound thing tho, sorry.

Yes, it is legal to play it offline. You can only play with it online at special servers which allow it, none of which I know names of

It is legal to play online with it. However, it'll only work as long as the host has the same tweak settings as you have.
