I'm complaining about =Nightmare=
He blocked me and almost sent me off the track on the only hot lap I had time left to do.
The incident happened on T1 with a minute or so left to go.

Juuretis is under investigation for a possible breach of the Red Flag rules..
At 18:50 remaining, HynTTy rolled his car exiting the chicane, with it stopping in a dangerous position.
At 17:54 remaining, the session was stopped by the Race Director.
While Marshals and safety vehicles took to righting the overturned vehicle, Jurretis continued to lap as if the course were green.
The session was restarted with 12:17 remaining.
This is a breach of the regulations.
Juuretis will be assesed a 5-spot grid penalty.

Okay wait, Can I make my statement? I wasn't blocking you atall, I braked to go round the corner and I got a big ram in the back, you said In-game i was going extremly slow, as I remember I was going too fast coming up to the corner and had to break really hard nearly to a halt to survive the corner. I rest my case that this was merely a race accident and I wouldn't block people just for the fun of it, Please accept that it was a race incident.

I understand your point of view. However, I feel that you turned into JO53PHS line when he was on a hot lap. One of your tyres was smoking so you clearly were not on a hotlap, and should have let him through without delay. A caution is the best punishment, I feel. Any further infringements this season will result in a grid penalty or a points deduction.

I will leave this incident open, and reinvestigate it after FP2.
Blue Flags are not enforced during Practice sessions.
If this were actual race qualifying or conditions, a grid penalty would have been assesed.
My initial assesment was done forgetting to check the Clean Racer's Club Rules.
As such, I am hereby temporarily rescinding my initial decision until I can further evaluate it, and take into account the CRCR.

I dont think that penalties for the actual race should be given for a practice session... Or else why would you even go to the practice session.. your just risking of getting a penalty. If its like that i'd much rather train on my own or on a random server on demo.
There have been a couple of incidents but I wont report any because I really dont think its fair to give out penalties for the actual race in a practice session.

I will only give race-affecting penalties from practice violations for very severe instances, such as violating Red Flag protocol, or intentional wrecking.
Also, updated first post with FP2 results. WEbsite also updated.

@dekojester - sorry for butting in and modding your post - just wanted to put my POV in before I went to bed :)
On the note of punishments, we'll try and give first-time offenders a warning, unless it's serious.
If you drive within normal racing rules, [as you should do all the time] on the practice server, then there'll be no problems.

On Lap 5, in Turns 9-10 (the final left-right complex), Juuretis and kABLuiks LTU made contact on the entry to Turn 9, sending Juuretis into the armco on the right side of track.
This was caused by Juuretis attempting an outbrake maneuver.
CAUTION issued to Jurretis for causing an avoidable incident.

On Lap 9, between Turns 5 and 6, yellow flags were displayed due to =Nightmare= slowing to allow leaders through.
HynTTy overtook Juuretis during the local yellow in this area.
However, no penalty will be issued due to the Yellow Flag being unneeded.
