CTRA Tag Question

I honestly feel ignorant for asking this question but did a quick search couldnt quite find the answer I was looking for.

As you can see I have on CTRA tag in my signature, but I was curious as to how I can get the Single Seater Tag and Bump N' Jump tag in my sig? Any help would be great.
