Here's one, then.

You earn credits by winning races, yes? Right. So, those with credits (Licensed people only) are obviously racing properly, and doing well. In theory, at least.

So create a fine system. For bad racers, persistent trouble-makers. Fine them, which costs credits. And if you have no credits, you can't enter 'Fine enabled' servers. You could still race on other ones, but if a server *wants* good racers, enable fining, to keep out those who have caused problems.

How much is normal-credits? If u put the limit to 600... its soo easy to get it.

Some good racers are not racing a lot, they are hotlapping.

Well, that's why I said 'in theory'. I have 1000's of credits from racing, because I don't hot-lap at all. I suppose they could add a 'race-earned credits' that you ONLY get from racing and finishing 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
