hi guys I'm a new S2 player since 1 week but I have a problem with my skins on my car.
When I play online I can download all the skins normaly but when I put the skins in my folder skins_x I can find them in the game :scratchch
If anyone can help me :thumb:

Ps: you can find me in the game on the nickname the_stig

/skins_x is for other people's skins, ones you use go in /skins :)

i had the same problem ,but when i download a fresh compy of the game all come alright :thumb:

did you put the 3 letter prefix(XRT_.jpg)? and did you click "new colours" and then selected skin?

I have put the 3 letter but it's not in JPE it's in DDS.
do you think it could be the problem???

The skins the game downloads automatically, are not for you to use as you own. Though some don't mind, others have team skins and so forth. I'm assuming these skins are what you're talking about.
