how do I chose car

I really want to have another car, and there is 3, but how do I switch to another.? please help quick

You are a Demo racer, you can only choose 3 cars.

If you are S1 licensed, you get to choose the S1 cars, S2 licensed... you get the S2 cars.

So what will you find in LFS S2? The DEMO allows you access to 3 cars and one racing environment that has both a road and rallycross course, available in both directions. The cars available are a front wheel drive hatchback, and one rear wheel drive car which is also available in a turbo version.

The FULL version, adds five more racing environments, a big test area and 15 additional cars - The test area contains many configurations; a skidpad and an autocross area, including an editor to create your own autocross tracks.

I know. But I can't chose one of those 3 in the menu?

Are you clicking on the car picture? If so, click on the name below the picture of the car.

In the garage click on "car", located on the right side of the screen. Then choose one of the three cars, duh.

Or wait, does the demo still have the credits limitation? Then you have to earn some credits before you can select XRG and XRT. To do this, either win races online or against the AI. The amount of points you get depends on several factors, though. For the maximum possible you have to race against at least 3 AI drivers on PRO skill for 3 laps. You also have to start from the back IIRC. If you win such a race, you get 48 points.
