Improve Entering a server in qualy

Well when i enter to a server is in qualy i notice dont say How many laps are the race before qualy

Basicaly if you enter a server is in qualy mode , it be nice if tell how many laps are the race to prepare the strategy of fuel and tire change and conpoud

That only works when you're in-car. While spectating F12 reveals nothing.

Basic info like the race length, wind and weather should be viewable in spectate mode.
