Losing speed every lap after patch Y

Every lap i drive with the Fox SO long, i lose every lap around 4km/hr topspeed, even did some testing with the guy's off my team, driving exactly the same setup, and settings in the game, they keep there topspeed lap after lap, and in my game, its like somebody puts on the brake , every lap a bit more.

I did try it with a new clean install and problem is still there.
It's not the clutch becosse the little bar have not colord.

I running under vista32
5200x2
8800gtx
2 gb ram
Game runs great, great fps

I have no idee what it can be, need help.

Maybe bad gearing causes overreving on shifting down.
