Most Improved Driver

This was a bit of an odd category. Some nominated people who were already fast and got faster, some nominated midrange drivers, some nominated total n00bs.

Again, a whole mess of candidates, but only 3 with multiple nominations. Please pay your respects to the list of honorable mentions below. :)

(Please note that I did not personally select the nominees for each category. There was a nomination period (http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=34740) in which anyone could submit nominations. With a few exceptions, the nominees in these polls were those who received more than one nomination each in the given category. Wait... Me... Improve?! I swear, I was sandbagging to make you all feel better about yourselves, so then when I did beat you, you'd try harder? :p

However, I'm pretty honoured that some of you think that I magically know how to drive now, when before I didn't. I guess I need to put down the facade of slow driving, and let my real face of quickishness and ability to keep crazy Finns behind me for 30 laps.

Just hope I don't let my friends drive on my upcoming birthday, then you all will think I've De-Improved :p

Who showed blood good performance in many different leagues this year and def. improved a lot compared to 2006.

Relax did indeed receive one nomination, I just overlooked it when I was doing the final tally. I'll add him to the list. :)

The drivers up for the vote are there because they each received more than one nomination. It was the only reasonable way under the circumstances to limit the number of choices in every category. In some categories it worked out very well, in some... less well. :shrug:
