The internet there isn't the greatest thing in our hall anyway, and the best part is.. it's just my hall! everyone else has good internet around 300kb/s, we're happy if we can get on to Google!

What really sucks is when our internet goes down and we have online homework due the next morning.. bleh!

I would have been on LFS more often, but I was afraid I'd lose the life I could have (which I do have now :)) to the forum rather than with my buds.

Freshman year, first semester.. gotta make the most if it you know. You'll see on more often though as stuff starts to settle down over the next year or so.

I voted for Gunn mainly on the grounds that he's got avatar that shows a true enthusiast. He's also a nice guy and a great mod who manages to subtly keep us under control without resorting to locking threads and the like, but mainly on the quality of his avatar :D

The only reason you're not on the list is because nobody nominated you. I wouldn't take it personally... there are a lot of deserving people/teams who didn't get nominated for their categories. :shrug:

This one is really important: DO NOT NOMINATE YOURSELF.

In fairness it didn't say don't abuse your moderator power to enter yourself without a nomination. There are other mods who weren't nominated either because they've been inactive or because they're arrogant and start trouble...

Like I said I'm disappointed because I actually found this thread because I thought you deserved some praise for your recent change of character then found this.
