Saitek R440 steering problem

When i move the wheel a tiny bit the steering is really eratic, i've tried recalibrating and re-installing the driver to no avail, has anyone else had this problem and know a fix?

calibrate the wheel also inside lfs. too much force may cause erratic movement in the middle.

i've turned ff down and recalibrated in lfs i only get about 5degs lock to lock on my wheel

EDIT: Change wheel lock turn and somting else, it now works
