Teams / etc?

Most other online games have teams / clans / guilds / groups or etc. I know that S2 isn't a mainstream game, but I've read that there are over 500 players currently.

Are there any teams like this? Maybe holding races against other teams in the same league? Seems like this game would be perfect for it.
