Complaint against AMT Miki D
Battle of the teams received a complaint about AMT Miki D for contact of 3 competitors most likely due to lag or low fps.
Rule Broken
"Lag will not be used as a excuse for racing incidents"
After reviewing those situations the judges decided to issue
AMT Miki D a Level 2 D (5 Positions) penalty.Complaint against GOT*TOSKE
Battle of the teams received a complaint about GOT*TOSKE. However the wrong driver was reported.

Rule Broken
"None"
After reviewing those situations the judges decided to take no action against GOT*TOSKE
Complaint against DT Brian 33
Battle of the teams received a complaint about DT Brian 33for ignoring the blue flag.

Rule Broken
"Drivers that are a lap down or receive the blue flag. Will need to move off the race line for the car behind. The lead car should not have lost any time. When passing. avoid erratic movements."
After reviewing those situations the judges decided to issue
DT Brian 33 a Level 1 C (30second) penalty.Complaint against AMT|DJeranDOS

Battle of the teams received a complaint about AMT|DJeranDOSfor contact.
Rule Broken
"When overtaking and defending, a driver must give racing room to the car in order to account for lag, brake lockups, understeer, over steer."
After reviewing those situations the judges decided to issue
AMT|DJeranDOS a Level 2 D (1 Lap, behind [PM]Ant) penalty.
Complaint against (V) R. Mooney

Battle of the teams received a complaint about (V) R. Mooneyfor contact and delibrate contact.

Rule Broken
"Drivers must overtake in a safe and respectful manner. Drivers should have at least a half-car overlap on another car before committing to an overtaking maneuver."

After reviewing those situations the judges decided to issue
(V) R. Mooney a Level 3 (Disqualification) penalty..

The Decision is final Championship Points will be adjusted accordingly.

After bawbag's disqualification, does that mean that all the drivers behind him on server 1 should move up a place and therefore get a couple more points?

I would also like to say now that i have noticed afew of these blue flag penalty's that i hope i would not ever be in that situation as no way in hell will i be moving off the racing line,that stupid rule is precisely what is wrong with lfs meaning some do some don't causing confusing and crashes,give the guy the inside line and job done simple as.
