I have small suggestion. Namely the possibility of writing private messages how I will click right mouse button on user.:scratchch

This has potential :)
It can get a bit annoying/distracting if people are having a conversation when you're trying to race. With a private chat function, spectators would still be able to talk without drivers having to block messages, and the people still driving would still be able to communicate with each other during the race.

Or, and this is pretty revolutionary, the guys wanting to have a conversation could leave the server and talk somewhere else, and leave the racers in peace! :D

Its a very good idea IMO, and should be implemented in the new patch :thumb:

Muting individuals is a good idea. Maybe a little button on the connection list, next to the "kick" button .. sometimes you get guys on servers who start spamming or demanding setups and won't stop until they get themselves kicked. Perhaps if someone were muted (i.e. they could read everyone else's chat but not say anything) they'd get sick of talking to themselves and concentrate on driving. Or just leave and save everyone the trouble of voting them off the island :)

2. Vote to mute - admin can just mute, so he or she can`t vote, change tracks, ask sets or do anything but race.
