Anyway, my head is tilted over at the jaunty angle because the photo from which it is taken (GP Karting in Northants with Will, which was the cause of the LFS Meet) has my head at said jaunty angle. No extra jauntiness was added to improve my deranged look.

Two posts a day isn't really all that bad. If I have been here as long as he has (lets say two years to make it easy for me), I'd have 4781.5 posts. I should disable my interweb for a few weeks, so I can get some work done. Right now I have a 3,000 word report due tomorrow. I have 1,400 words but rather then working on it, I'm posting on forums.

These forums went online on, ermmm, I think it was August 10th 2005. The join date is the date of the 'license name' being taken on the main site. :smileypul Sooooo, that'd be 112 days now which means Tristan has posted over 13 posts per day on average. :spam: :D

Each morning click on "New Posts". I often see over 40 threads with new posts. There may be between 1 and 100 posts in each thread. I try to read most of them in the threads that bear any significance for me - say half. I probably reply to maybe 1/3 of each of those threads. So, read 20, reply to 6.

Now do this at lunchtime, and in the evening, and if the rate of posting was the same (i.e. 40 new posts each time) that would be 18 posts per day (roughly).Of course, it never happens like that, and some days I don't most more than 2 or 3, others a lot more (if something exciting happens, or people ask me direct questions (or call me a spammer in a rude way :p).

And, if you read most of my posts in context, they generally contribute to the thread. One example where my post was misinterpreted was in Scawens patch Q thread (I got told off), and the other was in a thread about damage. I told someone not to crash to turn off damage. But that's life - I was in a bit of a stress at the time. You can't say don't, cos even Victor has snapped whilst stressed/sleepy.

And to compare myself to my housemates (on the Crystal Palace fan forum) they have over 4000 posts in under 18 months, so there are plenty worse than me! Just not here ;)
