:shrug: dowloaded the patch a put it in my LFS folder but what now? do i use the patch icon to load up LFS or what??:shrug:

No, you need to have an unpacker. Like WinZIP or WinRAR, if you have got it, unpack files from .zip to LFS Maindirectory, overwrite all files and your done.
