How to get a significant Ping-Value??

How can I get a significant Ping for the hosts received by http://www.lfsworld.net/pubstat/get_stat2.php?version=1.1&action=hosts ??

i asked victor some time ago and he told me that this isn't possible, except for demo hosts:


You can't. Unless you were talking about Demo hosts, those IP's you can get
a hold of, but not the full hosts.
