Its a Dodge Challenger R/T, you can see R/T written on the side when you zoom

If you think THAT is a challenger/charger you are so wrong. Perhaps some Aussie car with fake R/T emblems? No idea. But it ain't a dodge. First thought it's a Ford Torino or Cougar of some sort but the roofline doesn't quite match. The front seems to be quite wedged like in some Fords tho. My final guess is it's a AMC or some old Holden etc.

Chrysler owns Dodge so its basicly the same as the Dodge Charger. Same as Opel and Vauxhall, same car but different names in different places, right?

That's true. Chrysler and Dodge do both belong in "MoPar" but that aussie Chrysler valiant charger is a totally different car than the american Dodge Charger.
