Help please...

I am completley computer dumb guys, I broke my leg and I have nothing to do. I was wondering if people could let me know how this works. I am totally clueless......... I have no clue what kind of software I need, I downloaded it but it took me an hour or 2 to realize I'm getting no were lol. It would be cool if someone could send links of what I need to do to get started...... Software, whatever I need to get going. I'd like to test it out or somthing also. I'm hoping theres a free demo or somthing, But if someone could help me out that would be cool....... Thanks everyone

I suggest play an rts, as this game is really nice with the steering wheel and pedals. Can also join myself and 8 million others on wow. Personally i think this game is better to get addicted to --- CARS!!!!!!!!!
