LFS2 Lustgas.exe Get Extra BHP for any car

Hi!
I have made a program that gives you extra horsepower to any car in LFS2.

Its very fun to do 300km/h with the F1 V8 and then press 'boost' and go up to 4xx km/h very quickly :)

Can I post the zip-file here or is it against the law?

He's made a mod that increases the power of the car at the touch of a button.

As far as I can see, it will be liked by certain members of the community (those that can't do corners). So unless a mod or a dev says "oi!, NO!", I guess you can post it.

Please don't use a cracked LFS. It is illegal and people will point and laugh (and flame you). Please especially don't use a cracked LFS, then make mods for it as if you own the game and then post about it openly of the offical forums.

I revoke my comment earlier - I'd rather not see tools make by thieves.


P.S. If you subsequently buy S2 (hint) then we will like you again. Probably.

I was wondering about when somebo' would make a nitrous mod for LFS, not really a place for it in racing, but great fun to 'push the button'.

mind you, Formula palmer audi used to have a 'boost' button, (just a spicier engine map) that could be used a limited number of times in a race. introduced some funny ol' tactics tho'

I accelerate with the usual power up to about 280 km/h then when its safe I push the Booster and I am being pressed into the seet :-)

It can be used in hotlaps BUT when I select "Replay" then it does not work to save the replay file :)

**THIS IS THE FAIL SAFE VERSION**(I hope LOL!)


**LUSTGAS Version 1.0**

Follow EXACTLY the procedures below:


1. Start Live for speed 2 Alpha
2.Enter The [XR GT] at default settings (HARD TRACKS) at Blackwood [Track GP TRACK STANDARD] [BRIGHT CLEAR]
3.Have game mode "Practice" and no other cars in the game.
4. Start race(practice) and then you exit Live for speed2 Alpha.


5. Start Live for speed2 (Alpha)
6. Enter the [XR GT] at default settings [Hard Track] At [Blackwood track]
7. Start a race (Practice no other cars) and press alt+tab. (Dont have the handbrake activated!!)
8. Start "Lustgas.exe" and read instuctions (press '1') for Nitro Boost.
9. Press the handbrake button for an extra boost :-)



10. You can then enter for examplet the "oval" with the "F1 V8" and take a ride.


11. Remeber that after every car change and "pit visit" press alt+tab and press '1' in the program "Lustgas"when you are out

in the race.


If you restart the game then you have to restart Lustgas.exe to and follow the instructions above (1-11).

WARNING!! The tires will BURN if you dont use it carefully, the boost is an "tire eater".

I could have made this program better but I dont have time for the moment but when I presssed boost and it worked I liked it

alot and it will due for now :-)

You can press the accelerator as usual and then you can "toggle" the button at the same time or press it at the same time,. or just run on "Boost" :-)

Just says NV0 here. Oh, and I dunno about you but I have "1" set as "view replay" key by default, so I always have to pit before I can actually press 1 so it doesn't start the replay.

I'm using P10 btw.

I havent added some noGermans() function :-) But I smell a Rat, two germans that wont get it to work ;\
Lustgas=Swedish for the english word laughing gas (Common on street cars with V8:s)

Ok I make a LustgasV3_Long for you and you can try that.
If you have tried several times with many different versions you have to restart your computer or else the memory area that my program uses can be "broken".

It takes several minutes for it to get working so dont exit the program before it prints something like "NV:"
