Need some help with F9 please

i use F9 (Tire) when i race but now do not my tire coming up when i push F9.
Can any of u tell me whats wrong ? or how i can fix this so i can use F9

I guess you have the names displayed.

Press "n" to make them disappear. Then the tires should come up when pressing F9.
