patch x on Vista

I installed windows vista and put on LFS, but there is a problem, it downloads the updates, but doesn't install them, it shows some error " can't install some of the files"... i tried to reinstall the game but no difference. Any suggestions? Maybe i can download only the patch and install it manually, but where i can find it? :)

Yes, there is a way to fix this, go to start, control panel, user accounts, your user account, and turn off UAC.
