whats the deal here? why is the e6750 cheaper than the e6600?

Newer range, manufacturing costs most likely cheaper.

I don't think the e6600 got it's price cut in August either.

E6600 overclocks better than the E6750, and most UK shops seem to automagically put the price up when the stock runs low.

Prices are weird dude. I've seen E6600's cheaper then E4300's. It all has to do with price cuts, and new product.

Yea, there are always silly things like that. I bought my Athlon FX-62 for $199.99 on Newegg, and the exact same one Open Box was going for $320.00, lol.
