He doesn't received the voucher code

My Italian friend purchased the LFS S2 last October 24th and still he doesn't received the voucher code.

I open this thread for him because He doesn't write English.

He payed via bank transfer. following the transfer data:

Who did he order with; Liveforspeed.com directly, or liveforspeed.de?

If its LiveForSpeed.com then it needs to be taken up with Victor via the site. IF its through liveforspeed.de - that could be tricky :(
