Logitech Driving Force Pro and Pedals if you're not a millionaire.

Driving Force Pro wheel with ECCI pedals if you are.

Alternative 'Value for Money' options are Momo Racing (black momo), Momo Force (red, with leather wheel, but out of production - try eBay). Some people like MSFF wheels, but I've never used one so I can't comment.

i love my Thrustmaster Ferrari Force Feedback GT Racing Wheel.
but i think this is not sold anymore...
but if you can find a store where you can buy it, it costs about € 50,--
not really much for such a good wheel!
