connection dropouts here too!

Hi, i am X demo user, i'm 4mb virginmedia connection, no problems with the connection or other games at all, i've checked the speed and its fine.

But neither i or my son can maintain a connection to complete just 1 race, so we've tried to create our own servers but we can't find each other on the games list when we do so, and no one joins because we don't appear on the list.
We are on a shared connection via a router.

Its doing my head in, i was gonna buy the s2 license but this has put me right off, anyhelp you can suggest?

I've just opened 63392 on my router (which i'm hardwired to)
But still hasn't changed anything, weird thing is when i first installed i kicked up a server and my son found it and joined!?!?!?

when we tried again a few days later becos of droputs, we couldn't see each other servers? and no one can join.

Hi, I cant help you much, but I also have 4mb virgin media, and LFS has been perfect for me for over 6months, no problems at all, so it must be a router problem (im using the supplied cable modem).
