For those who haven't heard of the Ariel Atom, click that and go drool. It may not be likely to be in LFS ever, but it's worth a shot. This little beast would whup ass on the MRT, RAC, LX6 and just about anything else that isn't a single-seater. Hell, this thing would whup an LX12 :tilt:

Well, the LX 12 GTR has already been suggested (as a joke screenie...) by me: http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?p=29736#post29736
Btw. it has a straight 12 cylinder turbo engine :lovies3d:
It means that it spins its wheels in 7th gear at 300+kph :)

In my local city one of them was raffled off at £10 a ticket :Looking_a
Saw it like a month later driving around the city so someone was lucky :p Must be the worst car to own in Scotland considering its lack of body work :tilt:

Nice car, it would be good to see one in LFS, the kind of cars built simply for the pleasure of drivin', it remembers me to the cars built by lotus :shy::nod:

If you really want to see Radicals in LFS it might be better to look at the Speads (http://www.speadsracecars.co.uk/) they come as a rolling chassis so any bike engine is suitable.

We just need the Ariel Atom in LFS. It's the perfect car, somehow even the philosophy of it fits perfectly. I bet it would be so much fun to drive...
Please? :boing:

... An MRT with a way higher tuned engine, lighter and with a bigger chassis!!
What a great idea!

YES
YES
+1 to that
Mind you... that's the second most perfect car for LFS... BF1 is already perfect. Ariel atom would be the second best alternative though.

Ah, this old thread..I was starting to miss her :D
Well I won't start a new thread ... but how about Aussie Racing Cars (http://www.aussieracingcars.com.au/) in LFS?
Powered by a 1.2 litre 125 BHP twin cam 16 valve engine that revs to 11500 RPM, the performance is exhilarating. The 450 kg all up weight provides an incredible power to weight ratio that allows the little machine to rocket to a speed of well in excess of 200KPH. The Lap times achieved are staggering, at Oran Park for example the cars lap within 6 seconds of a V8 Supercar.

I watched a replay of them racing at Bathurst on the weekend...3 (almost 4!) wide into The Chase at 230kph...'nuff said

Can't tomorrow - remind me on the weekend (last exam on my birthday :D)
But I will phone them, and see how 'interested' they might be.

I find the Atom ugly hehe, so that and those aussie thingies are out for me, although having Bathurst in LFS would be prutty darned sweet. With the Radical, to keep this on-topic.
