LFS related? (I am not single, but may become single at the rate I am playing.)

I assume you mean relationship wise, and I'll probably be single forever :P
A lassy I know keeps trying to setup dates, but I always miss them because I get stuck in LFS (or any game that gets me hooked, but not many do) then I get an evil message left on my phone that'd make Satan run in fear.

The weird thing is she keeps trying o_O Most I know what have given up by now...

Glad you have joined us in the single world, but being single is fun, u can have a "buddy" that has no strings attatched! :D

Nah, being single sucks. But trying to find someone who isn't a psycho (I've had more then my fair share) is hard. So I stopped trying when I was in college, now I'm in uni, I might try a couple of times, before I pack it all in and turn into a rumpranger.

If only women was as easy to use as computers. Turn them on, do your bussiness, turn them off. But remember:
"Rape, Sex Without The Meal."
You have no idea how much crap I've got for coming up with that and using it as my MSN name ¬_¬

I think you probably get what I meant, but just to clarify: I wasn't questioning whether the original post was related to LFS and therefore worth posting, but rather whether the breakup was caused by his playing too much LFS.

And definitely the odd scary post in this thread. I won't name names, but some people seem to be taking the first steps down the road that leads to woman-hating serial killer land.

Why do those posts scare you?

Seriously... I didn't mean "meet in LFS" as in LFS is the only thing I do. I just want a girlfriend that has at least some of the same interests as me. In my case that would be racing and cars. Besides that, the best relationships I've had have been through the internet. I guess because you know the person before you meet them, so you can skip all the 'getting-to-know-one-another' chit-chat and get down to business. And yes, I WOULD go to the US to meet a girl I met online... I've already done that once.

So if anyone knows of a dutch LFS girl between the age of 20 and 25, please send them my way :)

(SaM)
30th October 2005, 21:54
TagForce, We were joking.

I know a Dutch girl that's into racing and LFS, but she has a right to her privacy of course, so i wont give away her contact details.

Just to clarify the fact that I'm NOT that desperate... ;)

I didn't ask for contact details... Just give her mine :P

Dudes...
I know exactly how you feel.

All of you.
Even TinyK.
And all the others that don't know how it feels to feel like we feel.

Duh. :tired:

I just want a girlfriend that has at least some of the same interests as me.

Then she'd be a good friend, not your girlfriend. Trust me. It just doesn't work this way.

TagForce
31st October 2005, 16:34
Well, girlfriends that don't have any of the same interests as me doesn't work either... So basically I'm screwed (or rather, not)...

She needs to have things she can do on her own, I need to have things I can do on my own, and we need to have some things we can do together... If that something we do together is LFS, fine by me. If that thing is going to Amsterdam Admirals games, fine by me too. If we're together 24/7 something's wrong.

Don Merino
31st October 2005, 18:16
I was exaggerating...of course there has to be SOMETHING that you can do together....

Your post just reminded me that I used to wish my girlfriend (of that time) would share my love for blues-rock, classic cars and choppers....
We've become very good friends since we broke up...she still doesn't like big cars or loud bikes, and she's not really fond of the Blues...but even without the love we could still find a lot of other things to share, and it made me see that - at least for me- it's ok as soon as the girl shows just a little understanding for these things. Just so she doesn't complain all the time or try to talk me out of them.

TagForce
31st October 2005, 19:28
We're on the same page then... ;)

JTbo

My problem is that I can't understand ppl without technical brain part, so my relationships usually start very quickly to produce lot of wtf?, then usually if I manage to somehow settle my brain a bit it may be possible to reach 2nd date but usually in there comes this very big WTF?!? Is she some kind of idiot with IQ of ameba? Usually things tend to end rather quickly after that as I'm not too good to hide it, something slips out from my mouth and well, end of story :(

Would be nice to have girl that actually can understand what is difference od clockwise and counterclockwise, what is practical and what is not and so on, but as woman brain has been build from completely different parts, there is no way that I could find something called love and happiness.

Or maybe I'm just having autumn depression, LOL

Well, actually being single is much better, you can do whatever you wan't whenever you wan't - working time = almost freedom ;)

O/T would like = want or wan't or something else? Sorry :shy:

I know what you mean JTbo; I've only met one girl that has ever been on the same page as me, and I let her slip by

I guess I'm looking in all the wrong places because nearly all of the (available) females I know seem to be a sandwich short of a picnic if you know what I mean

Why don't you just get into a sex only relationship, i'm not to bothered with the full package but they get a bit much when they get goin!

Don Merino
31st October 2005, 23:15
Why don't you just get into a sex only relationship,

Even those can be hard to find. If you're choosey, that is.
Well, I wouldn't call it choosy, though some people sometimes tell me I am.

I would say I'm just not willing to settle for the rather brainless bottom of the barrel...
It seems the girls that I find attractive are not the kind that'll jump into somebody's bed just like that. And maybe that's even a good thing.

Hehe, pretty much everyone is crazy where I work; I think its the chemical fumes or something.

I was actually referring to the incredible amount of dumb things they can manage to say / do in an hour. :p
