Some suggestions just keep popping up all the time and it would probably help somewhat if there was a sticky thread which had all the already suggested ideas in it, so you could easily look has your idea been already suggested.
A little additional feature with that thread could also be that it would be sorted by how likely it would be that the suggestion would be actually be implemented in the game eventually.
