server probs

hi

a friend configured a dedi server for me when i run it, it doesnt show up on master server however if my friends runs the server it works fine. ive turned my firewall off to see if that works but with no effect

can anyone help me with the problem

Have you forwarded the ports?

it was me who configured the server for him a few days after i set up my own, i dont know alot about it to be perfectly honest, i didnt think about port forwarding when he asked me why it wasnt running, as my server works fine and didnt need to forward anyports, surely tho with his firewall off it he wouldnt need to forward them?

Erm, ports have nothing to do with the firewall - it's to do with the router
