lo-fi forum version

Hi,

Can we please have a lo-fi version of these forums (for pocket PC over GPRS/GSM).

I believe it is just a forum setup skin or so to be loaded. Nothing difficult to do. It existed in the RSC forum

I don't know if it's been Victor's work but you can browse the forum as an "archive", no gfx etc, just the content
