How can ther be 12 racers on demo host?

Sorry if this been up before, I didn't find it...

I notice that some demoservers have 12 racers, I thought
the max was 11.

How do they do it?

im im not mistaken its 12 max where one of the slots is the host ... so if its a dedi there are max 11 playerslots ... if the server is one of the drivers youll have 12 playerslots
