I purchased a DFP as a "reconditioned" unit a couple of weeks ago and am very pleaseed, but the last couple of days the throttle input has started acting up - if i go from full throttle to say 20% throttle sometimes it won't register anything and it'll go to 0 throttle, only happens sometimes but its very annoying.

So first I contacted Logitech, explained whats happening, was given a ref. number, and told they can't replace the pedals but to return them to where I brought them, and the online shop I brought them from doesn't want me to return them, instead to seek a replacement from Logitech. Running around in circles :(

Can anyone advise me on how to obtain a replacement set of pedals from Logitech, or how I could fix mine?

Thanks!
