Hi.

I went to the STCC site and watched the video on your main page, was very impressed with the quality. I couldn't ask how you did the visual overlays could I? And was it done live when it was recorded, or did you create the video, then do the commentary afterwards.

Overlays, commentary, cutting, editing, all this stuff is post-work in STCC videos, JR. They're released well after the actual race took place (and it's apparantly very time consuming work for Becky). So, nothing like this would be possible for OLFSLTv (I suspect that's why you're asking ;)).

Yeah... I did really suspect it was all post production, but what confused me, was the commentary really sounded 'live' as if they had not seen the race up until that point, so, that got me wondering you see.......!

they hadn't, its live in the sense that the commentators see a special version - Becky makes the thing so she knows whats coming, but Tristan doesn't

If I could do the things in the STCC as part of a live show then I would do it live, but at the moment I dont feel that I can and so by going out on a delayed broadcast we get all these bells and whistles.

Today/tomorrow round 7 comes out, I think it will be my crowning achievement. I dont think I can beat it.

Indeed, for want of a better phrase it was "FREAKING AWESOME"!
The graphics for the cars and the notifications were top notch, as well as the labeling and pretty much everything about it. I loved the ending the best though :D
