tyre/other textures

it would be nice if textures like the tire textures from "justinziarko" (LINK (http://www.marcls-home.de/files/index.php?categoryid=8&p13_sectionid=11&p13_fileid=390)) would be integreated in the official version of LFS, because they look really really great :thumb:

maybe the devs are working on visible tire wear. I am using his tire textures, but i wonder if the devs already have something they are working on.:shrug:

Downloaded and installed the textures! Looks great :D

The devs obviously think so too - you may not have realised, but the screenshots section on the official LFS site has some pics with the high res tyres installed.

I've had them since they became available and think they are fantastic.

I'd like to see most of the textures in LFS upgraded. Maybe as an official 'expansion pack' available for downloading? Electrik Kar has a few good'ns, too.
