When I Make A Game It Doesnt Come Up On The Main Server?

Hey, well when i make a game/server and i put the setting to internet...it doesnt get put onto the Main server or if someone types the name of the server in then it doesnt work? any help?

If you are behind a router you have to forward the port used for the server (default 63392)

erm, you dont seem to get port forwarding, do you....
